Will I remember what happens during hypnosis?

Do I need to listen to my session again?

It’s highly recommended! Listening to your personalized recording helps reinforce your goals and deepens the transformation.

Can I fall asleep during hypnosis?

It’s possible to drift into a sleep-like state, but your subconscious still hears everything it needs. Your mind gets what it came for—even if your body gets cozy. Ideally though, the goal is NOT to fall asleep.

How often should I come in?

Every person is different. Some come in weekly, others monthly. After your first session, we’ll talk about a plan that supports your growth without pressure.
